Final (I hope) version of Half-Life: Resonance Cascade mod, which fixes some most notable issues from v7.0. Sorry to keep you waiting so long, everyone, but I couldn't let this mod be incomplete.

- Added switching between new console design and "classic" one (from the early versions of SCP: CB).
