Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.

1.4.1 is Released

Republic at War 1.4.1 is now live. This patch addresses many issues pointed out by the community. We also addressed several quality of play issues revealed to us by our players. Steam users should automatically be updated when starting. As always feel free to to discuss on our discord.

- Refinery build option added to Malastare

- CIS Build Bar Reorganized to allow all vehicles to be viewable at all times

- Palpatine's conflicting icon fixed

- Dathomir planet model fixed for GC.

- Taris space defenders facing wrong direction has been fixed

- Foerost planet cloud texture fixed

- Snailtank tread glitch which displayed tread marks going into the sky fixed

- Added missing planets to the Galactic Campaign "From Ashes"

- Christophsis uncapturable landing zone fixed

- Multiplayer Galactic Conquest - The Clone Wars - has been fully updated to 1.4 all new planets have been added and all new trade-routes have been updated.

- Reduced Volume level of Engine SFX for V-19, Vulture Droids, STAP, and Heavy STAP

- Fixed missing Vocal SFX from Bosskk

- Fixed Droideka Rolling Sound heard when Droidekas were not rolling.

- Fixed WLO Speeder Tank not being selectable, missing tooltip nor being targetable.

I tried the new update, the sounds are very buggy, some engines are too loud, other units doesn't make a sound at all.

We have had some talks on how the Recusant dreadnought would be implemented; we are unsure, though, how exactly we'd do it, and so until we fully figure that out, we probably would obtain from adding it. It's definitely not out of the cards though.

There have been talks about maybe releasing a manual unsupported legacy edition for 1.3 once we release 1.4. We do suggest getting Steam if you're able to though, as the more recent updates to the base game have helped a lot in assisting modders.
