Fresh installs BaS scopes not working Thread - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Hello, i got a new computer so i had to install the entire game again, all the base game weapons and scopes work fine but for some reason the BaS scopes don't zoom in with the scroll wheel or any other button.

I have reinstalled the game like 6 times already adn even my os but nothing has worked so far.

All of the modded exes are on check and modOrganizer looks good too but for some reason it still does not work.

There are a couple of threads on the internet but no solution is there to be found so any help would be greatly appreciated !!
