This is the good old Bloodpack and ZBloodpack for Doom2. The maps are the same in both mods, but in ZBloodpack are new monster, weapons, etc.

The alternate shotgun and the gauntlets don't do any damage to enemies is this intentional or some bug that you missed
I didn't have these bugs, so I guess there's either a mod interfering with it or the engine doesn't support the functions/parameters which the weapons use (possibly because they're deprecated).
