I have yet to experience your mod as of yet, but I do have a few questions as an aspiring modder myself: namely, how do you add in new items and the troop tree menu?
If you don't reply or anything that's cool, I'm sure your schedule is tight. I just wanted to ask.

Hello brother this my mobile account. I have the troop using a tutorial on the forum and the additional of items is very easy and you can find it on the forum too. As of now i am away from my computer so i won't be a help. Reach out if you have any problem :)
what's the mod about
It is an experimental mod i made. It has most the things renamed and changed. All bandits and Factions are renewed. Gun without sound and a new map thats it although i will update the game over time
