So where do I install this? Do I remove the other music folder? or put this in that folder?

I'm having a problem starting the mod up. I've followed the instructions, but when I start it, it will give me a message that says that it doesn't know why, but it's closing the game. I assume others have had this same problem and I hope people can help me.
