If a cube spawner doesn't work type: ent_fire box_spawner trigger in the console. The way it's set up is really weird.

I will do more with the combine structures, this basically here is an urban area previously owned by the Northern Patrol, but is taken over by the Southern Patrol. Do keep in mind that the Southern Patrol is not the same as the Combine, and has a completely new story from HL2.
