'Oestern' mean 'Eastern' in German. The German way of writting that word is supposed to be 'östern' but it seem the creator don't use German keyboard.

Modpack like EFP and GAMMA are well made but i prefer EFP since back when i tried GAMMA, they overhaul the progression system and it's suck (EFP are much more vanilla). I don't know if they have tweak it to be better tho.
