still can't *finish* the game

I have a question, is there an ending or is my game just bugged? cus after i defeat HADES by destabilizing that particle bubble or whatever its called and i get to the room where i accidentally stepped into the detector and i had to apply the grid fix... does the story not end because you haven't finished it or is this just a bug cus i used noclip to explore the city and nothing just a plain old well built city...
