Experimental prototype, KV-10 or also called KV-1K was attempt of mounting rocket launchers on the KV tank hull. The rocket system was called KRAST-1 (short rocket artillery system for tanks-1), which have proven in tests to be powerful, cheap and effective weapon. However, no serial production of KV-10 was started.
In RotR Russia colors. KV-10/KV-1K was an attempt of bringing more firepower on the battlefield. Fielding the 76mm gun in KV-1 turret, KV-10 carried 4 132mm BM-8 Katyusha rocket launchers, each with two missiles (8 in total). The rockets were all pointing forward, and while being effective against armored targets, the system cannot fired when the turret was rotated.
