Once you dl the file, unzip extract into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\crimewarswtf (or something where steam will be able to run it as a mod, may not be in C: !)
there is more new stuff like 10+ classes in newer one.
source sdk, and source sdk base 2007 needed for mod, based off source sdk: base 2007 sdk version with teams (not the eposidic hl2mp) but things from that version where added(ported), like NPCs
remember if your running internet server, you may need to set svlan to "svlan 0" in console and forward a port on your router. If theres Game Settings for Counter Strike, they don't do anything. Its yet to be added hopefully by the 3rd release.
