If a player reaches the top rank
Officer lv 5 - a hit will be placed on them
specifically telling the other team who they can kill to win.
And small target icon on player if enemy is look at him.
-Ranks allows you to team speak to equal or less rankpretty simple, practical and potentially very fun.
