save as admin cuz it will ask you prolly
then run the game and go to options after in a save or new game
go to skins
and double click on the name or use skin option
use skin will be greyd out that is a good thing! it means you are using that one
then make sure you ahve the default clothes on as well and you should be lookin pretty kawaii windows 98
