After quite a few years of off and on work i feel as though i can release a decent public test. There are still a few things that need refining but are small enough that they can be patched into the mod as i get feedback on what needs doing. There is now a fully working GC with an AI that does attack(For me anyway)
Instructions:
1. Open your Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption directory wherever you may have it installed.
2. Open the "Mods" folder.
3. Extract the folder "KOTOE2_Unity" from the .RAR file you downloaded from me.
4. Place "KOTOE2_Unity" into the "Mods" folder
5. Use the shortcut provided if you have a 64bit and have the game installed in the default location. Alternatively you can use a Mod Launcher or create your own shortcut.
6. Steam users learn to use goggle and look it up. it takes all of 10 seconds. I use disc version so cannot help you or confirm any methods.

Well the AI does not attack in GC however I know that FOC on steam sometimes likes to override the mod ai files so in order to correct this you have to copy the script and XML folders from the mod data folder to the game's base data folder this should correct the issue at least it has in the past for other mods. however, back up your original data folder. I have not tried this so I do not know if it works with this mod and I wont have time tonight but if you have an AI issue in GC with them not attacking try this it might fix the issue. Thank you Emperor_Niko for this amazing mod
I believe the United Systems AI works in GC
Don't think the Republic AI works though (not sure) in GC
You should know that all of the X-Wings in the mod have Luke's special texture. Otherwise this is a pretty good release. I'm not finding many bugs. Keep up the good work.

It seems i didnt switched back the textures when i reexported the models when i removed shadows from fighters.
OH MY GOD YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOD SINCE THE FIRST TIME I SAW IT!!!!!
So far its great, no crashes or anything, but after taking like 4 or 5 planets the AI has not attacked me back yet, playing as the Unity. Also I can finally build harrowers :D, though I like the forked one with the hangar in front better, but its still awesome.
You should also know that Starkiller doesn't have an icon.

When u spawn Luke's Phoenix squadron, it shows a Hera and her squadron???
By the way game keeps crashing mostly when trying to drop a new ship into the fight, it freezes the game , i know the mod makers of thrawns revenge have somthing against it but i dont know if it acutly works and will it work on any other game mod saves cant link the link cause im not member of this site.
The crashfix that TR uses if for when you play a GC for a very long time and the game becomes unstable.
The game crashing randomly when dropping in ships seems more like it's trying to run too hard for your PC or something. I'm not seeing anyone else talk about crashing like this.
my hardware is kind last year bought top off the line from MSI, maybe its do the old game not be abel to work with newer windows.
I play on Win10. Sorry but i don't know what could cause it to be like this for you. Here is about all i can offer for help.
1. Maybe it's a steam thing
2. Have you installed any mods that put files into the base FOC data folder like RaW for instance?
3. Try using Large Address Aware on the swfoc exe file.
4. Install the unofficial 64bit patch.
5. And as a last resort all i can suggest is a full reinstall of the game as that seems to help with some mods.
Also try running another heavy graphic mod. The one i would suggest is EAW:Re as most of the models i use are from Jeroenimo and he also has many particles.
ok aleady had it patched, so what i did was reinstallid again.
First i played the vanilla seemes all fine,
then tried EAW:Re and yours which both crashed ither EAW:Re adding units into the battle and your mod crashed in the menu before even starting a skirimsh.
So i tired google again, found somthing do with graphicDetails.xml file but sins most was in german, i did not understood so i tried out replaced and added to EAW:RE and unity mod. That made both mods bit slugish.
Eaw:Re worked didnt crash, unity, did.
Also saw pattern. All 3 both vanilla and mods have somekind of freeze or rather game slows down for bit and the goes back to normal speed and that cycled on. i know had same issue on my older pc before. Tho on the older pc the game actuly solwed down gradualy until it was unplayeble.
forgot to mentoion even tierd the compablity mode tho still crashed during middle off the skrimish battle still.
what version of the game are you on? Like where did you buy it from?

I do not know if they had already told him but:
1. Rishi and Rattatak can not play
2. In Eriadu planet has no texture
3. In Tatooine does not leave the planet

Just a heads up, "Non-purchased" versions of the game will need to be patched by you to the latest version plus the 64bit patch.
I say this because i assume you don't plan on buying a second copy of the game just to see if a mod works for you.(If you ever bought a copy at all) I agree with this method btw but cannot help you in doing it due to ModDB rules.

HEY DUDE WHERE THE NEW UPDATE ???
I've never promised a new update that i can remember. the last update had no feedback for any lingering mistakes so i assume it plays ok for most besides the AI being dumb.
I did mention i was playing with the idea of new GCs to add but i never got round to doing anything with those ideas.
There was the 3rd era i've mentioned before but i just haven't had the motivation to start designing the all new ships or even work on any models.
Besides stalking the other mod pages here i've really moved away from modding since the last update. I'm not comfortable in saying i'm not going to mod anymore but i also don't really know when i will again.
