It's approximately a hundred years from now... The aftermath of the Third World War. Countries all over the world are suffering an economic crisis which has led to a dramatic food and water shortage. The countries that do have enough resources are under martial law, food and water are not being divided equally, consequently civil war has broken out.

I don't like the long face. It think it'd look better if it was shorter and the extended part at the bottom was attached to the "cheekbones".
Also, for some reason, I think it'd look better with blue eyes.

Looking at the other concept image ( Moddb.com ), my version (Minus the blue eyes and my terrible attempt at drawing a thick collar - To cover the frail looking neck) is very close to your original version in that image.
Thats to say, the extended horizontal part (Chin) stretches all the way up to the cheekbones (No gap between the chin and cheekbones).
That said, I prefer your original design, with thin/angled "cheeks"
That's some good feedback there Mutant. The thin neck is similar to the thin upper arm, and lower leg parts, it's purely to make the overall design slightly more consistent.
I think you'll have to wait to see the model before you can accurately judge the cheeks, both concepts here are slightly vague.
It's funny you made the eyes blue, the original design had blue eyes, then red/orange eyes and now, after alot of thinking we made them green. Blue was too friendly looking, red was a Helghast ripoff and so we ended up really liking the new green color. We're not going to change it ;)

why is the robot using iron sights?
He isn't. He's also holding an AR7 instead of the SPC-20.
The AR7 and the SPC-20 have a small camera above the barrel which the robot uses to aim through.
really that clears it all up would be funny if the robot was using iron sights
