MacenWolf 1.26 Patch for Second Encounter file

Hi there. We've got another update for MacenWolf. It's actually been ready for a good two months now, but I procrastinated with actually getting it posted. The changes are as follows (copy and pasted):

1994 limit (that affected the level enemy/object limits before) should now include:
- sound not fading in the distance
- limit sprite/enemy visibility in big distances
- blocky pushwall hitbox

1994 limit option should be unavailable in the options if you load a mod cfg (modern macen mod)
- adding "gunbobbing" to a mod config will enable gun bobbing
