This triggered me to think if the naval mines in Heaven and Hell will remain as the stationary ones.

It sounds a little scary if the mines auto seek for Tanya and seals, though they might still not be effective enough to stop the Allied to regain the control of the harbour

Description

The Soviets' inconspicuous Kashtan is a simple yet effective tool capable of turning the tide in a naval battle. Upon realizing their enemies' reliance on visual targeting due to poorly integration of fire-control systems with on-ship radars, the Soviets equipped some of their lighter vessels with smoke launcher tubes, giving rise to the Kashtan. These effectively reduce enemy ships' firepower.

To enhance its support role further, the Kashtan doubles as a minelayer, deploying devastating Puffer Mines. These mines detonate violently with a small nuclear charge upon proximity to the enemy. What's even more terrifying about them is that the Puffers are essentially small naval drones - they do not need to remain stationary at their deployment spot and can be freely repositioned.

With the introduction of the more versatile Puffer Mine, the Naval Mine support power has been cut.
