Screenshots from my latest testing playthrough. We've identified a few bugs to fix, and some things we'd like to tweak. To answer your questions across all screenshots, YES - all of the weapons shown will be available in the Swamps - if you know how to get them.
Interestingly enough on the VSS screenshot, the rifle was always in the original game in the Swamps, too. We have also added stock ammo on Scar when he wakes up - as he WAS carrying a VSS when the game began. So now, finding that badly damaged VSS might actually be a good idea.
What are those 2 icons on the hud? The Audacity like icon with jonny on it and the one above that?
and nice screenshots, though they could contain more of a impact in them. Watching weapons reload isnt really exciting other than looking for 10 sec at the skin :) i can know since i do the same like many others on here and go to the screens that stand out ;)

The icons you see are from our Mumble (voice chat) conversation overlay. Jonny & I were discussing the mod over voice chat as I was going through it.
Oddly enough, the weapon texture and the background are all I attempt to capture in these screenshots. It's eye candy.

Concerning you saying that all of the weapons shown would be possible to obtain in the Swamps, are you going to be placing them in the location of vanilla stashes, hiding them in custom areas, or a mix of both? It helps to know for when I go hunting for every new gun in a mod. :3
Good question here. It would take ages to earn enough cash to purchase these from available missions and other sellable sources in the Swamps. New stashes..looting...simple additions to trader stocks from underground sources perhaps ?
Indeed, new weapons WILL be available in stashes throughout the Zone - and not just in the Swamps. So you will be able to find many of our new guns in stashes, and some in the shops - but only if a certain faction is doing well - and finally others too rare to be galavanting around the Zone in broad daylight will be found at one EXCLUSIVE trader. I'm sure many of you know who I'm referring to.
