Yup. It is very fake looking. I can't really give constructive criticism on how to fix a texture (because I don't know much about texturing), but I just think that it doesn't blend in well with the map.
Oh ok, I'm sorry about that, you have actually given me an idea, I think I will release something to help people choose what textures they want, so if you like the clean white concrete but not the metal then you can change just that texture and you can have your cake and eat it too as they say. :)
