Went ahead and played through this on Hard (big mistake, turned on cheats after a while in the final arena with the star). Environmental design is amazing, storytelling/lore entries are simple but effective, enemy encounters are creatively brutal and show a kind of knowledge known only by the most heinous of Quake masters.
9/10, main complaint is that the level isn't balanced for Hard or Nightmare (although I knew this beforehand when I read the readme, so I was very much humbled in the end)
