Our team is proud to announce the highly anticipated Third Age Reforged 0.98 patch! Our journey has been hard and non-linear due to several setbacks and burnouts, but we made it through almost in one piece! Reforged wouldn’t be the mod we all know without its core multiplayer balancing! Many testers helped us achieve the current balance, with blood and sweat, but mostly blood, spilled to finally get there. Now all factions have their own core powers and gameplay mechanics, while still allowing for diverse builds. We reduced redundancies in faction rosters while increasing the strategic choices factions must make to face others. In previous versions, a reactionary playstyle was more rewarded than aggressiveness and boldness.
With this patch, the latter playstyle is more empowered. Additionally, we added a few new animations and improved existing ones, such as the dwarves’ synchronized throwing animation and many others! Another small but special feature is the ability to play in Mirror Matchups and face the same factions in special eras (Good vs. Good, Evil vs. Evil, or even mixed factions).
Sieges have been vastly improved in quality and diversity, including locations such as Fornost, Dol Guldur, Tharbad, and many others! Now you can relive the iconic battles that happened in Middle-earth and change their outcomes!
We hereby present to you the new era of Reforged, featuring a stable campaign in Sandbox Mode. It has a few rough edges but all factions are playable and working! As you can see, the mod includes Numenor, the Shire, Rhovanion, and Isengard in the same timeline. As purists, you might be outraged, but do not be deceived! Our campaign unfolds in a "what if" scenario where Numenor was destroyed, but its survivors were not the ones who kept the White Tree. Instead, another group of Numenoreans, feeling betrayed by the whole world, seeks revenge on both good and evil. They are the true neutrals! Additionally, we want all major events to occur simultaneously, as if all wars broke out from a single spark! This includes the War of the Dwarves and Goblins, the War between Gondor and Umbar loyalists, the invasion of the Easterlings, the rebuilding of Sauron’s forces in Mordor, and the most important one, the Fall of Arnor.
Essentially, we aim for a full-scale war from the start! Not all features are fully implemented yet, but be aware that we will focus more on stability and gameplay than on scripts. Enjoy!
Due to a few complications, the Dol Guldur faction will have to wait for the next patch. Perhaps another faction will also join it! Without forgetting about, many new features, such as new units, Monster Units, Siege equipment, new projectiles and new animations! Wait and see! Despite these changes and improvements, the mod remains stable, though there were some initial setbacks and problems. We encourage you to take your time while setting up games. In particular, we recommend all players use voice chats, such as Discord. Lastly, Team Reforged thanks all those who helped us with this project and salutes all our players! Feel free to let me know if there are any specific changes or additional information you'd like included!

Is their any intentions to make the red mountain dwarves playable?
They would be an interesting faction, developer said in next patch Dol-Guldur and a another faction will be added, my bets on the other faction was with the Northern Rangers, but now that you mention the Orocarni Dwarves, I see that there are only 3 dwarven factions within the mod.

I love what you did with Rhovanion and Ered Luin... too bad Dol Guldur still needs more work, please don't make us wait another four years to see them :(
