This mod adds advanced dozers, heavy war factories, and research centers for all factions that allow them to build new units and upgrades. This is an old Generals mod that a couple people shared with me, I couldn't find any information about it, so I decided to upload it in the hopes that people will see it and maybe tell me who the original creator was. I decided to fix up the mod a bit as well
