!Reworked Frankia by giving them a decision that allows them to declare war on Visigoths for the historical Gaulic invasion. If they win they get all the cores and Visigoths lose them, but if Visigoths lose then they don't get the land. Any nation can open borders in 563 AI now can't encourage craftsmen until 514 so they will build more units
