Description
Expanded domestic politics and ideologies.
National constitutions, as well as reforms for developing nations (formerly uncivilised). Powers (civilised) will have a slightly different reforms section, but will have the same constitutional options.
Political Parties replaced by Political Leaders and Ideologies replaced by Political Parties. There are twelve ideologies/parties in total, with reform support/reject distributed symmetrically.
