Patch 5.1.2, enabling multiplayer and fixing a host of bugs and crashes. Re-uploaded in a zip with a different compression so it can be opened by all unzip programs.

-Added new method to launch mod
--Permanent install option (After installing you can launch game normally to start the mod, providing you don't use other mods in the meantime)
--Uninstall option (Works nomatter install/launch method)

Campaign
-Fixed a crash from certain buildings
-Reduced the power of rebel stacks, reduced the number of artillery unit per stack
-Added 100 new historic characters to the campaign which will appear in the recruitable general pools over time
-Reduced campaign AI lag
-Replaced napoleonic starting generals and admirals with WW1 equivilents
-Totally restructured artillery recruitment tree so they are available earlier
-Made certain tech times more realistic
-Partial fix for a bug which caused trade values would rise exponentially
-Reduced the price of many buildings and balanced the effects of many others
-Gave all technologies a unique purpose
-Added more ways of obtaining aircraft
-Reduced AI tendancy to build autonomy slightly (not perfect)
-Added descriptions to many missing effects
-Fixed a bug where level 3 railways had no UI card
-Changed certain buildings to balance the campaign
-Slightly adjusted some starting armies
-Changed Italian capital to Rome
-Attempted fix of Austria breaking German alliance if Germany
-Fixed unit descriptions missing endlines
-Fixed Serbian faction description
Multiplayer
-Multiplayer custom battles now work
-Multiplayer campaigns now work
(SEE INFORMATION IN LAUNCHER, the MP campaign requires an quick setup by both players (two files), but overwrites NTW game files which should be backed up first)

my voices seem to be screwed up lol i have my British armies speaking Spanish and using naval voices xD

Mine does not crash with artillery and I don't even have this patch. So is there a problem with your graphics being to high or to low?

The mod works awesome no crash until now(Some hours) but unfortunately during my campaign as Ellas i still can't recruit generals but more importantly even though i chose the Loyal factions option at the start after about 15 turns Austro Hungary betrayed Germany for no apparent reason.And now Germany is preaty match doomed and i had join the Germans to advance my plan but Germany will parish so is that a bug?
(also all my old saves became unusable but i guess that was needed but i beg you new updates to be save compatable if possible when possible.Thanks again for your hard work
secretly the Austro-Hungarian Empire is now it's own true entity. In all my games previous to this patch they declared war on everyone and had the army and firepower to do it. I haven't played 5.1.2 yet
Well for me it happened after this patch not before but having Austro-Hungary get to war with Germany is out of place and also the end of Germany which has war with everyone.I think that the force loyalty option at the begining should not allow that to happen and even without it it felt out of place since Austro Hungary does not join the entant and that choice is its death sentence and a emersion breaker.Unfortunatly now i stop playing waiting for the next patch because the campaign cant continue normaly since Germany has only me as ally and i cant help her now that it gets swelled by other countries even though i control the Balkans.
My flags are missing and game crashes still after I hit start.

That is exactly what i encountered! Those white flags with yellow flowers and also every time i try to start campaign it crashes while loading...
Both launcher methods dont work... along with the options (classical tactical or whatever)... Again..
Mod Manager works but only loads with the unit scale at 250, like 5.1.1.
Please just use a new launcher this one never worked and never will.
Crash on first turn... honestly its like no one even tested it.. ppl are talking about turn 1 crash on the main Summary page of this mod as well. We have yet to play a workable campaign in GW 5.0

My game seems to keep crashing when I try to start a game, there is no way I get this fixed.
Since this patch, with normal unit sizes, my artillery disbands after every battle. Why was the artillery unit size decreased(for normal, is now 4 men and 1 gun.)? I know that units under 5 men are disbanded, as the same thing happens to tanks.
My launcher still says 5.1.1
Downloaded the .2 new version. When I launch the game, the menu is the napoleon total war menu. When I had the .1 version, it went to the ww1 themed menu.

Yeah i have the same problem, it does not work just opens total war and changes the name of England, Austria and Prussia my launcher wont even launch anymore because it says something about a file not being found

For all who have the problem with it going to vanilla NTW go to steam and verify the files and it will replace any file that have been lost
Yes but that wont help the mod will it? Currently for me it just loads original NTW and not the mod.
Try opening the launcher with administrator.

Good to see that different errors were fixed! I will try it as fast as I downloaded. Just a question, do I have to cancel the previous files or I just open the folder as usual?

I have had no launcher issues so far. I would think that if you have an issue with the launcher you've messed up somewhere in the instructions ( i recommend reinstallation of napoleon and rereading the instructions). Only issues i have seen is that Greece cannot build a navy no matter what (it never had a recruitment option and finally when i built the last naval option it showed recruitment but nothing on the list); i played as Germany and Russia also and eventually i got to a point where the game just crashed when i ended the turn. I could do nothing to fix this. GREAT MOD, just have to wait for a few more fixes.
I to play as Greece and can construct a navy at all i also could not invade Instabul-Konstantinoupoly i had to starve them out the game did not alone to assault even though i could assault each other city fine.I gave up my campaign because Austria-Hungary randomly betrayed Germany for no reason even though i chose loyal factions and Austria Hungary did not even join the entant signing her death sentence and leaving Germany unrealistically alone and only me as her ally

mine crashes at the first turn when i push the end turn button. i am the only one have this problem
I lost my howitsers after a took a city they weren't shot or hurt in any way WTF?
I get a crash on the campaign after 50 or so turns no matter which nation I play. Windows 7 64bit. Also, certain nations are unable to recruit generals and there is a problem with invading cities, sometimes it won't let you attack but have to starve them out instead.

after i press launch mod the screen goes black then it says napoleon total war has stopped working also the vanilla game works fine
I have the same problem and I run the vanilla game fine under windows 8.(I have already tried the compatibility option, doesnt work)
