I have plans to make the files of the mod eventually available outside of Steam Workshop (as part of an exercise to change some of the 300BC factions to 200BCE factions like Israel). You can then download them but it will take some reverse engineering to get them to work. But I can't guarantee anything at the moment.

Once more I iterate - it IS COMPLETE.
There is no 0.3. Because The Wolf Among Lions IS the 1.0 version. It just is not intended for Gold release - no chance of that happening yet. Only Steam/EE users have access to the finished mod as of now.

It is downloadable but the way you have to obtain it via Baidu is a complete hassle, requiring the use of a smartphone -- which I would rather try to avoid doing for security reasons.
