Hmm, I wonder what this could be a picture of...
Blurry and Bright Contrasts, try using a HDR controller to control that flair, so that when the player runs into the room they only experience the blinding light if they stare at the window / light source
Actually, the HDR is turned waaaay up when you first spawn in the first level, but it goes down to reasonable levels. This screenshot only looks weird because I changed the spawnpoint.
