Did anyone here have this problem where it just closes while loading the menu screen?

it's a standalone mod or i need HL2Ch2 to play it?

When I try dropping the folder into my sourcemods, WinRAR says "Not enough memory" and the files go in totally empty.

My body is ready.

For whatever reason, WinRAR just does not want to extract the files into my Source mod directory. Every single time I try extracting, I get a "not enough memory" error. Anyone else having this problem?

Words cannot describe how amazing this mod is!

I'm not sure if it's just me but this mod REALLY does not seem to like WinRAR. I tried installing the mod through WinRAR but it kept giving me the "not enough memory" error. So, I installed 7Zip and upon extracting the mod with 7Zip, it worked just fine. Is there a reason this is like that or is it just a previously unknown glitch?

For some reason, the demo file won't work to load right, if using WinRAR keep saying its "99%" when its actually 0.5-1% is downloading, until it gives up.

So, the development team, can you release a WinRAR friendly-version, when this problem won't happen for future files (or expended builds for the mod).

So for some reason when i tried to load it its says to verify cache engine not working. I have SDK to upcoming. it does it when its about to load

YOU MAY CRASH AFTER THE INTRO LOGO, to fix this do the following:

1 - Go to your Steam library, click on games, from the drop menu select tools.

2 - In the tool list find "Source SDK base 2013 singleplayer", right click on it, select properties.

3 - Go to the BETAS tab, you should see a little down arrow under the "Select the beta you would like to opt into" title, click on it and from the dropdown menu choose "upcoming-" and click close.

4 - Steam will download some missing files, when done, restart your steam and launch the mod again.

Amazing, but here is some issues: A lot of the weapons animations don't work, or the weapons are errors. There isn't a hud to show weapons once you get them. Also in some places on the map there are missing textures.

Can't get it to show up in Steam. Did extract it with 7zip and winrar, have Source2013 to upcoming and closed Steam all together and opened it again. Tried 3 times now, complete delete and install!

What is going on there??

Am a long time mapper/modder with source myself and never had this, made numerous mods myself. So, what the h+ll???

Am quit sure i am not the only one who can't find it therefore!!
Took me at least 30 minutes and 3 installs!

Have played about 80% of the demo and i have to say that i can clearly see that the makers have put much work and effort put in to this. Believe i did read somewhere that it was tested for several months with several men. That really does surprise me because i did find quit a lot of errors and unclear scenes in the mod. From weapons that were 'given' to the player by dead combines. Just to disapear minutes later out of players hands and to be replaced with a large 'red error' sign above the player that moved with him. Right from the start in i believe map 2 i did get stuck. A citizen tells me to follow him to a closed gate, a combine opens the gate and one comes from behind. The citizen says then to wait a second. Waited for hours there, played the whole part 3 times. With noclip i then noticed that door at the other end of the map was opened ??? So i moved to there.

The mapping was very inconsistent. Some parts were very well done and others were looking less. Like different skilled mappers worked on this. The Barney part were he takes his mask of felt like a real HL2 rip off. We all remember that scene ofcourse from HL2, probably was that the idea, but to take it so right out of HL2 felt odd and well, i say it, like it was just a copy apste job. There were many other issues. The city clearly was made to make the player feel hunted by the combines. But, in many cases i stoud right beside people who did get shot or were taken away. And not one combine did something to me which felt really VERY odd. Some npc's did act very strange, some were frozen in there animation, others were just.... well, it was all very odd. So, i really hope that this demo will not be a sign of how the mod will be. Seems there is still lots of work to do guys. Sorry, as mapper/modder i know how harsh my words are, but, i just can't say it any other way. Sorry,

Moving the RaisingTheBarRedux_Playtest folder into Steam>sourcemods, I get the error that it could not find the file "decalshipsign003i.vmt". Do I need to restart the installation?

Please tell me how can I run the mod? I installed the SDK, turned on the beta and I want to start the mod, but almost nothing has changed in the sourse SDK!
