This simple patch adds several things, including re-title, new icon, "custom game" and "Leave game" menu options. That's all.
This unofficial patch adds a few things:
- Retitle of "Prison v2.1" to "Half-Life: Prison".
- Added a new pinkish Lambda icon (Only big version.)
- Added "Custom game" (to match the black lines) and "Leave Game" (also retitled "Disconnect" to "Leave game".)
That's all.
Notice: Originally "Half-Life: Prison" had no icon, so I had to improvise 1 - Pinkish Lambda logo.
To install:
Extract to somewhere like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life
Then exit and re-enter Steam (if you have "Large Mode" enabled you will see the new title, icon, in the menu you will see added "Custom game" and "Leave game" once in-mod.)
Updated: Thanks to Lime yet again, because I couldn't determine rather if the icon was pinkish or a different color at first (no I'm not colorblind, but I had to compare because I'm not that good at color names, sorry.)
Warning: The text matching the black lines works ONLY with 1024x768 resolution.
what is "Large Mode" and how do I check if it's enabled or not?
When you open Steam, by default, it should already have "Large Mode" enabled. So when you press "View" in the Top Left corner of the Steam Window, in there it should say "Small Mode", which due to recent updates, the default is now "Large Mode", and "Small Mode" is only a "half" of what it used to be and it once used to be the default Library view. It used to be the default (of sorts,) mode when viewing library and would have news, title and screenshot (or something like that) with it.
