Description
During the Grand Moot, adds a fourth option to propose different ideas of your own. Certain options are only available if: * You rescued the lost child in Part 2 (must be done while mod is enabled). * You met the Artist and gained a mutual understanding with him. * You completed the Artist's story arc. * You are holding Antimatter.
