For some reason the NPC characters won't load and an area will be empty for a few seconds until they suddenly just appear. Towards the beginning when you're helping to defend against the military a cut scene even played out with no NPC characters. I've seen other threads about this but it was always just locked and there was no response. Has this questioned been answered before and I just can't find it? Edited by: PaleHybrid |
