Supcom2 Total Overhaul & Rebalance Mod (Version 1.1)
To install: First, make a backup of the z_lua_dlc1.scd in your game files!
Then, unzip the downloaded folder, and place all the files
(zz_STORM.scd, z_lua_dlc1.scd, and mithy's mod support, which is included)
inside your steam/steamapps/common/supreme commander 2/gamedata folder.
The main goal of this mod is make supcom2 a bit more like SCFA;
while still preserving the supcom 2 gameplay.
This mod requires the Infinite War DLC!
I made notes inside my merge files,
so read those for the full changelog.

General

* scaling down units and structures to about 1/2 size
* rebalanced weapons: ranges and aoe increased (especially NON-experimentals!)
* several units/structures get a bubble shield (especially experimentals!)
AI
-------
* Some (DLC) structures have removed from research tree:
Boomerang, Buhbledow; and the UEF research convertor (see Research stations below)
(Boomerang is OP; Buhbledow is a waste of resources; RConvertor is now pointless)
The AI should now also no longer build these structures
* UEF AI should no longer build Jackhammers (instead they will build fatboys)
* Aeon AI should now build Wilfindjas alongside Urchinows
Economy:

* Energy Generators produce 9 energy per tick (from 6)
* mass convertors produce 1 mass/s, but cost 15 energy upkeep
(the ability now converts 3000 energy to 200 mass!)
* research stations get ability from UEF research convertor;
which now converts 1 research point into 50 mass;
making research stations much more useful in lategame!
(UEF research convertors are removed; as they are pointless!)
* Research stations produce less RP!
* Cybran Protobrain Complex also gets this ability;
and additionally produces 15 energy; but costs 2 pop!
