The below issue occurs when installing TFTC_1.3.2 during step 3 (which means I passed the light side and 1.3 tests):

I noted another user reported the same issue here but didn't get any response: 1.3.2 patch intallation error Thread - TIE Fighter: Total Conversion (TFTC) mod for Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance - Mod DB
I've changed security level of the relevant folders/file etc. but nothing worked so far.
