I give this a 5/10 because it's only half of a mod.
From the title, I assumed it would update the GRAPHICS. As in, REPLACE the old textures with crisp HD versions. That's what the title of the mod implies. All I got was a ReShade profile with some nice bloom and other effects. If you're going to make a mod, the least you can do is name it correctly, not deceptively.
