The 19th century produced a huge number of outstanding musicians, artists, writers and poets, architects, as well as scientists, inventors, adventurers and great politicians.

After 1906, assault squads and grenades were opened for all infantrymen
The colonial administration has been added (In development)
You can only build around the capital or the colonial administration.
Houses are being built that generate income and limit the population.
