I am very confused about rating this one. If I just look at screenshots, I would call it just plain ugly. Encounters with enemies feel unfair. Options inactive.
And yet gameplay, mechanics paired with such unpleasant (in a good way) atmosphere make this mod unique and hook me up for so called second shift.
My most weird 7/10.
Is it me or "Options" isn't active?
So this is the "megalovania" of mods. This is very, very, very confusing! Or do I want to run the mod from the inside of the already extracted folder, or do I want to copy the lajoi folder to sourcemods, or I'm just a megalovaniac trying to know what the techno shall I do to run this mod of...
How to play:
WITHOUT STEAM:
Launch Lajoy.bat and the game will begin
WITH STEAM:
Copy the "Lajoy" folder into the sourcemods file of your steam directory
This mod is completely and utterly ******* insane. But I suppose its "good"? Maybe? "Good" really isn't the right word to describe this. Its at least interesting. Definitely worth a play though, I have never seen another Half Life 2 mod that is anything like this.
