Stop including so many unnecessary files in your mod. It inflates the size of both the download and the mod itself, and it's the mark of an amateur.
You could delete all the .wad files, the entire models folder and 99% of the sound files.

you don't need to include the entire half-life files because they create unecessary amount of file size
