Will these be exclusive to Psi Corps, or are they for all Epsilon?

"And the whole Earth was of one language, and of one speech."
While I absolutely love the revamped design with its hunched over pose that gives it a more feral, primal look, and even makes it resemble a mini-mech, the metal bars connecting the the shoulder to the BFG imo seem pretty fragile-looking, like they couldn't support it. It sticks out in contrast to the rest of the design; making the bars more robust - the bifurcate joints directly connected to the cannon, especially - would solve that.
But besides that, it really is an awesome design.
The Punisher loaded with either Marauders or Flak Troopers.
"Now the whole world had one language and a common speech."
Two words: Doom Delta
I take it it can carry a single infantry squad only, if it's Tier 1 and the engine cannot allow otherwise. But anyway, I love the gritty and tarnished aspect you've given it; it truly looks like something spawned from the innards of a mountain-sized junkyard.
...Is that supposed to make me feel envy?
Guess Gaben's wallet's been too light for too long now.
The gaming industry was a mistake.
Poor unfortunate soul.
I think Carnius wants to keep the Forgotten mostly grounded and limit their number of available air units. The Floater was going to be their only air unit, but people's response to that apparently made him create this Hind.
By the way, I think the Floater should be scaled down a bit. Maybe it's the perspective, I dunno, but it seems its size right now is on par with a PAC or even the Leviathan, and it kinda gives the impression that the Floater is indeed as massive as them.
It could be used for a Support Power, like a paradrop of sorts.
Woo-hoo! Floaters!
But, is there a way to animate the tentacles? The Floater looks too stiff for a giant mutated jellyfish, with its limbs all rigid and stretched out like that.
On the one hand, the Scrin technically already employ their own artificial ion storms, but obviously as a support power only and of much lesser potency.
On the other hand, I for one cannot think of anything else the Forgotten could use as their superweapon but "summoning" massive ion superstorms, except perhaps that idea above about a tiberium-based seismic generator, which tbh does pretty original.
A crystallizer beam sounds better imo - plasma is more Nod's territory - as long as it's actual tiberium conversion and not freezing because, as it was already said, tech like freeze rays should stay in RA.
I think a weapon that crystallizes its kills and then turns them into tiberium pods that can later be harvested could make for an interesting mechanic.
I think I can more or less guess which are the units that will get scrapped/sent to campaign only.
Except for the Cyborg. Please, please, please, PLEASE keep the Cyborg in ;^;
Um, shouldn't the Confessor upgrade also do something related to the confessors themselves? Like, for example, granting them chainguns and/or better armor?
Isn't the Japanese for shark 'same'?
One of the Hind's select quotes in-game is "Crocodile standing by."
My guess is the Grizzly will call itself by its original Russian name/number when speaking, thus covering both bases.
When you say "[...]resulting in the mobile Ural trucks transporting stinger soldiers between locations", does that mean Ural Trucks can release their Stinger Soldiers and have them act separately?
I somehow feel the antenna might be misleading. As in, it does kinda give the impression it can provide radar, like the Chinese command center.
Maybe the antenna could be dishless, so it's not so misleading. Or maybe it could provide local stealth detection, like a stationary observation van?
